Mazda Sales (Thailand) Co Ltd (MST) has announced management appointments as follows:
Thee Permpongpanth – executive vice president (formerly senior vice president)
Takeshi Mikami – vice president CFT Operations (formerly vice president for strategy and operations)
Pichet Punnarak – sales general manager
Saravuth Banyongkul – after sales general manager
Vachara Jearabul – marketing and government relations general manager
The changes are targeted at keeping up with the quick-changing Thai automobile market, in order for the company to progress ahead with stability.
According to a press release from MST, the management restructuring comes amidst intense market competition.
“This is a highly challenging period for Mazda in order to move ahead sustainably, preparing for new technologies and new models planned for market launch in the near future,” it stated.
