KIA has expanded its Carnival MPV lineup in Thailand with the hybrid variant priced at Bt2,699,000 for the upper Luxury trim.

The Carnival HEV features a hybrid powertrain consisting of a 1.6-litre petrol engine mated to an electric motor delivering a combined 245hp and 367Nm. Power is transmitted via a 6-speed automatic gearbox.
The Carnival HEV comes with refreshed exterior design featuring SUV-inspired styling. Notable features include a Tiger nose-design front grille, cube-like headlights, KIA signature Star Map lighting both front and rear, and newly-designed 19-in geometric wheels.
Smart power sliding doors and smart power tailgate automatically open when the smart key is detected.
The cabin features a wide panoramic curved display made up of 12.3-inch cluster and 12.3-inch touchscreen complete with standard wireless Apple CarPlay/Android Auto along with voice command. The automatic climate control system comes with independent temperature adjustment for front left, front right and rear zones.
The passenger compartment is fitted with six standard USB-C ports covering all three rows of seating. Other attractions include a 12-speaker BOSE sound system, 64-color ambient lighting, head-up display and digital rearview mirror.
There’s a walk-through access for easier access between rows of rear seats for all family members.
The relaxation second-row seats provide high levels of comfort while the third row seats can be folded flat in one motion.
There is a comprehensive ADAS package along with 360-degree camera, blind spot view camera and eight airbags.
