Audi Thailand has launched the Q5 e-hybrid, which is available in two bodystyles – SUV and Sportback that we review in this video. The Q5 e-hybrid, built on Audi’s new Premium Platform Combustion (PPC), comes with a 2.0-liter TFSI engine mated to an electric motor, producing a total output of 367 horsepower and 500Nm of torque.
Acceleration from 0-100km/h takes 5.1 seconds and the top speed is claimed at 250km/h.
The Battery size has been increased by 45 per cent to 25.9kWh (net 20.7kWh), allowing the q5 e-hybrid to run in pure EV mode for 80kms WLTP.
The cabin features a Curved MMI Panoramic display comprising of an 11.9-inch virtual cockpit plus, 14.5-inch MMI touch display and 10.9-inch MMI front passenger screen.
There’s also a Bang & Olufsen 3D audio system and dynamic interaction light that tells the charging status as well as responding to turn signals.
