Due to popular demand, Ford Thailand has relaunched the range-topping Everest Platinum V6 in its lineup.
It will come with the original pricing of Bt2,279,000 and it is no longer a limited-edition variant, according to a press release from Ford Thailand. The 650-unit quota for the limited-edition Everest V6 was quickly taken by Thai customers earlier this year.
“Ford appreciates the great response from Thai customers to the Everest Platinum since its launch earlier this year. This allows us to have customers quickly reserve a full quota of cars for 2 rounds or 650 cars,” Ford Thailand managing director Ratthakarn Jutasen said.
“To respond to the increasing customers for the Everest V6, we therefore worked closely with the production team to allocate additional vehicles. It fully reinforces Ford’s commitment to offering world-class quality vehicles to Thai customers,” he added.
The Everest Platinum V6 boasts a smooth-revving V6 turbo diesel powerplant capable of generating class-leading 250hp and a whopping 600Nm of torque, mated to a 10-speed automatic transmission.
It comes with full features, ranging from 4WD system to 21-inch wheels, ADAS package, ventilated front seats, black leather upholstery, B&O sound system and exterior Zone Lighting.
Five body colors are available – Aluminum Silver, Meteor Gray, Absolute Black, Equinox Brown and Snowflake Pearl White.
