Mazda Motor Corporation (Japan) has announced the appointment of Thee Permpongpanth as the president & CEO of Mazda Sales (Thailand) Co Ltd.
According to the announcement, the recent executive reorganization at Mazda Sales Thailand (MST), amidst intense competition in the Thai automotive market, is something to watch closely. It represents a significant challenge that Mazda must overcome to achieve greater success, particularly with the upcoming launch of new Mazda models aligned with the company’s future business development plan.

Thee, previously senior vice president at MST, said, “The leadership role in Mazda’s business is another challenging and valuable experience. With a strong bond with the Thai team, dealers, media and business partners throughout the time working with Mazda, I have experienced the the sincerity and trust and believe in the team’s potential. Mazda always works in depth in every process including production, sales and services, in order to create the highest customer satisfaction. This is the factor that has shaped and fostered Mazda’s growth, enabling the company to progress and establish its position in the market today.
Thee is the first Thai to be appointed as president and CEO of MST, although another Thai national, Chanchai Trakarn-udonsuk was MST president from 2014 to 2021.

Thee replaces Tadashi Miura, who has been appointed as the company’s senior advisor.
