Great Wall Motor (GWM) is planning to launch the ORA 07 electric sports car at the upcoming Thailand International Motor Expo at the end of this month.

The flagship electric sportscar from ORA will be available in Long Range and Performance versions. Both come with a 83.5kWh battery.

ORA 07 Performance

The Long Range features a 204-hp electric motor with 340Nm of torque and has a range of 640kms (NEDC) while the all-wheel-drive Performance gets a 408-hp motor with 680Nm, capable of accelerating from 0-100km/h in 4.3 seconds while offering a range of 550kms (NEDC).

The ORA 07 features six drive modes – Well Being, Normal, Sport, Sport Plus and Individual.

It has a body length of 4,871mm, width of 1,862mm and height of 1,500mm and a wheelbase of 2,870mm.

The suspension comprises of McPherson struts up front and multi-link at the rear. The Standard version is fitted with 18-inch wheels with 235/50 tires while the Performance gets 19-inch wheels with 235/45 tires.

Intelligent LED headlights, frameless windows and panoramic glass roof come as standard for both versions, with the Performance getting handsfree tailgate and self-retracting rear spoiler.

Interior highlights include a T-shaped console, 10.25-inch driver display, 12.3-inch center touchscreen, navigation, wireless charger and an 11-speaker Infinity sound system. Powered front seats are standard, but the Performance also gets memory function plus welcome seat and massage function, head-up display.

Apart from an intelligent quick start system, there are also adaptive cruise control, traffic jam assist, 360-degree camera, intelligent one pedal, as well as an ADAS package. The Performance also comes with intelligent parking and reverse functions.
