For the first time, Isuzu has fitted a 2.2-liter turbo diesel engine into the 4WD V-Cross variant of the D-MAX pickup.
In this video we are going to find out whether this new engine is powerful enough for off-roading by taking it through various obstacles.
The test was carried out at Isuzu’s 4×4 facility in Pathum Thani province, featuring a large number of stations for the V-Cross to go through.
Meanwhile, the MU-X is also available with the 2.2-liter powerplant and for the 2026 model year it comes with new “Stiff Flex” dampers.
