Nissan Thailand has appointed Yuma Endo as Head of Marketing and Nattawut Chaikornkij as Head of Sales, in its next bid to compete more effectively in the fast-changing automobile market.

According to an announcement from Nissan Thailand, the changes are part of its “commitment to enhancing organizational agility and adapting to the fast-moving automotive market”.

“These appointments underscore our commitment to faster decision-making, enhance collaboration with our dealer network, and delivering greater value to customers in Thailand,” Nissan Thailand Senior Vice President Takaaki Yanagi said. Both Endo and Nattawut will report directly to Yanagi.

Endo was previously the General Manager of Nissan’s ASEAN Business Planning Office, where he is responsible for the Corporate Mid-Term Plan.

In his new role as Head of Marketing, he will provide strategic leadership across all marketing functions, including product marketing, brand marketing, and cross-carline campaigns and promotions, with the goal of elevating Nissan’s brand presence in Thailand.

Endo joined Nissan in 2009 and brings extensive expertise in aftersales, marketing and sales planning. His career path includes roles as Chief Marketing Manager, Technical Assistant to executive leadership, and regional business support in marketing and sales planning. He has worked in Japan, Canada, and Thailand, giving him a strong global perspective on market dynamics.

Nattawut Chaikornkij, currently General Manager of Field Sales Operations, Corporate Sales & Used Car, will lead Nissan’s sales strategy. H will oversee field sales operations, corporate sales, vehicle operations, and manage sales activities and events for both corporate and dealer networks.

Nattawut, who joined in 2013, specializes in area sales, corporate sales, and used car operations. The Thai executive has driven sales performance nationwide and excels in fleet management. His deep market knowledge and strong dealer relationships will reinforce Nissan’s commitment to sustainable growth in Thailand.
