Geely is commenced exports of its EX2 model to Thailand after the subcompact electric car won more than 4,000 bookings after it was launched at the 2025 Motor Expo.
Geely distributor Thonburi Neustern Co Ltd stated in a press release that the Thailand-bound EX2 will go through PDI before being delivered to the first 2,000 customers starting in February 2026.

The EX2 attracted much attention at the Motor Expo thanks to affordable pricing, ranging from Bt399,000 to Bt429,000 for the PRO and MAX variants respectively.
It comes with a 39.4kWh LFP battery offering a range of 395kms (NEDC). The rear-wheel-driven city car comes with multi-link rear suspension and has a turning tight radius of 4.95 meters. There’s also a 70-liter frunk.

Geely plans to grow business in Thailand, expanding its sales network to 65 locations nationwide within 2026.
Narong Sitalayon, CEO of Thonburi Neustern, said the success of the EX2 clearly demonstrates the brand’s potential for market expansion and stable growth in Thailand.

“This is due to Geely’s outstanding innovative features, exceptional value for money and reliable after-sales service backed by over 85 years of experience from the Thonburi Group,” Narong said. “The importation of the EX2 into Thailand underscores Thonburi Neustern’s commitment to close collaboration with Geely Auto International Corporation, with plans for continuous imports to ensure a smooth delivery process and prompt customer receipt of vehicles.”

“Simultaneously, the company continues to lay the foundation for long-term growth through showroom and service center expansion plans to accommodate its continuously growing customer base, aiming for a network of 65 locations by 2026 to further strengthen Geely’s credibility in Thailand,” he added.
