The 2026 Nissan Almera subcompact comes with Euro 6 emission standards, sportier design as well as enhanced safety features, while pricing remains unchanged, according to distributor Nissan Motor Thailand.
The updated Almera is available in four grades — Bt573,000 for the E CVT, Bt589,000 for the EL CVT, Bt669,000 for the V CVT and Bt699,000 for the VL CVT.

The updated Almera features a sportier look with a black front grille, spoiler and rear bumper cover. On the VL CVT grade, black door handles complement the two-tone exterior with a black roof. There are also black accents around the headlamp frames in the V CVT and VL CVT variants.
The interior gets sporty styling, with the E CVT and EL CVT models featuring black fabric upholstery with sporty blue accents. Meanwhile, the V CVT and VL CVT models feature black leather upholstery with orange stitching on the front console, door panels and front armrests.

Safety is boosted with the addition of Intelligent Forward Collision Warning (IFCW) and Intelligent Emergency Braking (IEB) on the E CVT variant. They team up with six airbags, a first-in-class Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS), High Beam Assist (HBA), Lane Departure Warning (LDW) as well as other Nissan 360° Safety Shield technologies.
Power comes from a 1.0-litre turbocharged engine, delivering a maximum power of 100 hp and 152 Nm of torque.
The comprehensive safety package also features a first-in-class SOS button and NissanConnect Services, which enables remote vehicle control features such as remote engine start and door locking. Cruise Control is available from the EL grade.

Meanwhile, Nissan is offering a special promotional package, offering customers a choice of a Bt5,555 down payment, installment plans of up to 84 months or a special interest rate, along with one year of free Nissan Premium Protection first-class insurance.
Takaaki Yanagi, Senior Vice President of Nissan Motor Thailand, said, “The Nissan Almera has long been a trusted choice for Thai customers, offering responsiveness, sporty design, spacious comfort, practical functionality and advanced safety for everyday use. The 2026 Almera builds on these strengths with thoughtful updates, underscoring Nissan’s continued commitment to Thailand as we refresh our core models and keep the market excited”.
