Toyota has launched the all-new Camry Hybrid midsize sedan in Thailand, with introductory prices ranging from Bt1,455,000 to Bt1,789,000. Prices will be raised by Bt20,000 in every variant after the end of the introductory period.
The Camry is one of Toyota’s most popular models with accumulated sales of 230,000 units since it was first introduced in Thailand in 1993. Toyota says that more than 1,500 pre-orders were placed for the new model from October 1-9.

According to Toyota, which is the largest automaker in Thailand, only the hybrid powertrain is offered in the 2025 Camry due to the increasing popularity of xEV vehicles in the Thai auto market, which consists mainly of HEV (Hybrid Electric Vehicle) vehicles. The Japanese automaker plans to sell 10,000 units of the new Camry per year.
Noriaki Yamashita, president of Toyota Motor Thailand Co Ltd, said, “We decided that all-new Camry will be introduced only as HEVs to serve fast-growing demands for HEVs, covering wide price range. I believe that all-new Camry will give customers pride of ownership with peace of mind, thanks to the superior technology of Toyota’s hybrid technology.”

The hybrid powertrain in the 2025 Camry is capable of producing 227 horsepower and offers an average fuel economy of 25km/liter. The system comprises of a 2.5-liter petrol engine (186hp/ 221Nm) and an electric motor (136hp/208Nm) plus a small lithium-ion battery offering EV mode for short distances.

An E-CVT with paddle shifters sends power to the front wheels. Meanwhile, the suspension set up comprises of McPherson strut/double wishbone with stabilizers both front and rear, while stopping power comes from disc brakes all-round.

The new Camry features a hammerhead front design with sleek LED headlights and DRL’s, in addition to a large front grille and chrome garnishing.

At the side there are 18-inch wheels mated to 235/45 R18 tires and chrome window frame, while the rear end features a built-in spoiler as well as stylish LED tail lights.

The cabin is upholstered with a mix of leather and synthetic leather – standard black for lower variants and yellow brown for the top variant. Both front seats come with ventilation and eight-way power adjustment (with lumbar control and side backrest adjustment button for the front passenger seat). Rear seat backrests are also electrically adjustable via touch controls (seat/AC/sunblind/audio).

Steering also comes with power adjustment, memory function and auto tilt when entering and exiting (with slide-away driver seat).

The driver display has not been upgraded to fully-digital, but the color 12.3-inch TFT combination meter with MID and head-up display provides all the necessary driving information.

A 12.3-inch center touchscreen provides wireless connectivity for Apple CarPlay/Android Auto and T-Connect. There’s a wireless phone charger for the front as well as nine-speaker JBL audio system. There are also five USB-C ports.

Toyota Safety Sense is offered in all sub models along with 360-degree camera and all-speed cruise control.

Apart from Platinum White Pearl (+Bt10,000) and Attitude Black Mica, new exterior colors include Precious Metal (+Bt10,000) and Cement Gray Metallic (+Bt10,000).
