In this video we review the 2024 Nissan Almera VL 1.0 Turbo subcompact sedan fitted with the optional Ignite exterior package and Stylish interior package.
The exterior features sporty aero package comprising of front, side and rear skirts plus trunk spoiler. Meanwhile, the interior is decorated with blue upholstery, silver garnish and piano black finish.
There’s a comprehensive infotainment setup and the top Almera variant also comes with a full ADAS package with cruise control and 360-degree camera.
There’s plenty of legroom for rear passengers, but some features are lacking such as center armrest and adjustable headrests.
Power comes from a turbocharged 1.0-liter petrol engine developing 100 horsepower and 152Nm, mated to a CVT with D-Step Logic.
The front strut and rear torsion beam suspension provides decent handling and ride quality, although disc brakes are offered only up front with drums being fitted at the rear.
