After offering the Ford Everest Platinum V6 as a limited edition variant twice this year with 650 units sold, Ford Thailand has decided to make it a standard model in Thailand.
It sits at the top of the Ford Everest lineup and is priced at Bt2,279,000 (US$67,706), making it the costliest model in the Thai PPV (Pickup Passenger Vehicle) market.
The heart of the Everest Platinum V6 is the 3.0-liter turbo diesel powerplant that’s capable of developing a class-leading 250 horsepower and 600Nm of torque.
The 4WD system features 4A that switches automatically between 2H and 4H depending on driving conditions, and there are six drive modes for various situations.
Apart from the Platinum styling package featuring Silk Chrome finishing both outside and inside, there’s a full ADAS package an a high level of technology such as 12.4-inch digital driver display and 12-inch center tablet-style touchscreen, wireless Apple CarPlay/Android Auto, Active Park Assist and Zone Lighting.
