They come with new exterior aerodynamic package along with interior upgrades, as well as mono-tube shocks for the 4WD model.

Noriaki Yamashita, president of Toyota Motor Thailand Co Ltd, said, “Today, I’m pleased to introduce the Asian premiere of the Hilux Revo-GR Sport and 2021 improvement models developed by Thai Regional Chief Engineers, D. Jurachart Jongusuk and Anyarat Sutthibenjakul. This is the fourth GR product in Thailand following the Corolla-GR Sport, GR-Supra and GR-Yaris – and is the first pick up GR model which is produced in Thailand with the DNA of motorsports based on the concept of Gazoo Racing brand. On top of it, we also improve the regular models in order to meet customer requirements further.”

Regular Hilux models also get added features such as panoramic view monitor, blind spot monitor and rear cross traffic alert for high-grade variants (Pre-Runner and 4WD). Mid-grade variants get a LED lighting package while the standard cab is now available with the 2.8-liter turbodiesel engine with 204hp and 420Nm.
