Mazda has introduced a new Mazda Warranty Plus program in which the warranty for parts is increased from three to seven years. Parts included are partial engine, gearbox, turbocharger and capacitors.
The Japanese automaker is also offering the Mazda Mobile Service for maintenance and repair, as well as installment of up to 12 months (via Shopee SPaylater) and 30-per cent cashback credit.

Popnipit Jirawattananont, marketing and digital innovation director of Mazda Sales (Thailand) Co Ltd, said the new programs will help Mazda customers save time and cost for maintaining their vehicles.
“The ‘Mazda Family’ program provides customers with offers and benefits that give them peace of mind regarding the maintenance of their vehicles,” he said.

Customers can sign up for the new “Mazda Warranty Plus” program at https://family.mazda.co.th/warranty_plus/RegistrationWAPlus/index or LINE@Skyjourney.
The offers are valid only for Mazda vehicles not older than seven years/mileage below 200,000kms. Vehicles must also be serviced according to schedule.

As for the Mazda Mobile Service, a team of expert technicians will travel to facilitate and provide periodic check-ups in areas or provinces where customers have to travel far or are unable to travel. Customers can follow news from Mazda showrooms in their area or in nearby provinces to make appointments for service.
Customers receiving service from the Mobile Mazda Service will receive a free 20-point general inspection, an engine check using the M-MDS computer system, and a warranty for genuine Mazda parts, with a maintenance history recorded just like a regular service center visit.
