Geely will stage the official launch its EX2 model at the upcoming Thailand International Motor Expo at the end of this month.
It will also serve as the right-hand-drive world premiere for this model, according to distributor Thonburi Neustern Co Ltd

The Chinese automaker first displayed the EX2 at the Bangkok Motor Show in March, and will join the EX5 in Geely’s product lineup in Thailand.
The EX2 is an electric subcompact SUV that comes with a curvaceous design. The standard range variant can cover 310kms in terms of range while the extended range variant can go 410kms.

Narong Sritalayon, CEO of Thonburi Neustern Co Ltd, said, “The success of the Geely EX5 that was launched late last year has prompted us to launch the right-hand-drive EX2 at the end of this year.”

Narong said Geely plans to expand its sales network to 40 locations within the end of this year, after opening its flagshiop store earlier in 2025. Geely currently has 26 showroom/service centers in the country.
Daniel Tong, Geely International Corp senior director, said, “GEELY sees Thailand as one of the most promising electric vehicle markets in the ASEAN region. Supportive factors include government policies, the development of electric vehicle infrastructure, and consumers’ readiness to fully embrace new innovations. This makes Thailand a key player as a regional hub for electric vehicles.”
