Suzuki Motor Thailand Co Ltd recently staged the Best Dealer Award 2018/2019, where the top 10 Suzuki dealerships in the country were awarded.
This is the third year that Suzuki is staging the event, and this year’s competition is based on “management of customer complaints in sales, after sales and spare parts”, said Minoru Amano, president of Suzuki Motor Thailand.
Amano said the main purpose is to raise the level of Suzuki Motor operations is every department and to stimulate for continuous improvement in services.
Areemitr Autosales took home the “Best of the Best Dealer 2018/2019” award while nine other dealerships each received the “Platinum Dealer 2018/2019” award.
“Dealers are the heart of strengthening the Suzuki brand in Thailand and generate growth in sales and market share,” Amano said. “That’s why our policy is to give importance in working closely with dealers whether in terms of marketing, sales or showroom/service center improvement.”
Sales and marketing director Wallop Treererkngarm added the event also helps strengthen customer confidence in high-quality customer service.
He said Suzuki plans to increase the number of showrooms in Thailand to 130 by the end of 2019.
Meanwhile, Suzuki has also introduced an improved version of the Ciaz subcompact that comes with added features.
The Ciaz GL Plus, priced at Bt568,000, comes with sporty exterior aerodynamic kit all-round, infotainment system with 6.2-inch touchscreen with Bluetooth (5 devices allowed simultaneously) and USB, as well as dual front airbags.
