SAIC Motor-CP and MG Sales (Thailand), manufacturer and distributor of MG cars in Thailand, recently staged the MG Dealer Conference 2023 to announce the company’s policy and operational roadmap among 162 dealers nationwide.
According to the company, the conference aims at enhancing sales and after-sales services which play an important role in enhancing customer experiences and satisfaction. MG also unveiled its new Customer-Centric approach at the event while also presenting awards to best dealers in various categories.
Based on the Customer-Centric approach, MG dealers are committed to giving customers the highest level of satisfaction including swift and accurate after-sales services, as well as the expansion and enhancement of EV charging stations.
