MG has delivered over 100 units of its EP station wagon EV to to corporate customers from various industries, it announced in a press release.
Among the companies purchasing the EP are TOA Performance Coating Corporation, manufacturer and distributor of industrial paints and car paints, Solar Express Trading, an expert in designing, distributing and installing solar power system, as well as car rental companies in economic and tourism areas, for example in Phuket and Hat Yai.
Pongsak Lertruedeewattanavong, vice president of MG Sales (Thailand) Co Ltd,said, “The fully-imported EP is the second EV model that MG offers in Thailand. This reflects the company’s commitment as a pioneer in making Thailand’s EV market a reality, encouraging Thai people to be more open towards electric vehicles and to gradually change their driving behaviors in line with the global trend. After the launch of the EP late last year, we went full gear in terms of marketing by concentrating on both general customers as well as organizations looking for an alternative-energy vehicles that responds to their corporate requirement.”
