Mazda has launched a free five-year after-sales service program to provide customers with greater peace of mind. It’s the first of its kind to be offered by a Japanese automobile company.
The Mazda Ultimate Service (MUS) program offers the basic warranty plus free periodic maintenance, free labor fee, as well as free parts and fluid. The program also includes a 24-hour roadside assistance and is offered for customers who purchase Mazda vehicles starting from October 2022 at all 138 Mazda showrooms nationwide.
Thee Permpongpanth, senior vice president of Mazda Sales (Thailand) Co Ltd, said, “The Mazda Ultimate Serive is a new program that Mazda has specially designed to take care of customers, covering up to five models and this is the first after-sales service program of a Japanese automotive company.”
The 5 models comprises of the Mazda3, CX-3, Mazda CX-30, Mazda CX-5 and Mazda CX-8. In addition, a special program is also offered for the Mazda2 subcompact.
“It’s the first time for a city car with free periodic maintenance package or Mazda Care which comprises of free labor, parts and liquid, free first-class Mazda Premium Insurance, 2.09% interest rate and 5-year /100,000 warranty,” he added.
The Mazda Ultimate Service program covers the following details:
- Free 5-year warranty/ 150,000 km to provide worry-free about repair costs, labor fee and parts from repairs including defect parts throughout the warranty period.
- Free 5-year/ 100,000 km periodic maintenance which covers labor fee, parts and fluid.
- Free 24-hour roadside assistance for 5 years.
