BMW Financial Services Thailand is planning to launch new service innovations to make it easier to own a BMW, MINI, or BMW Motorrad vehicle in 2020.

The company said in a statement that the plan includes live chat and information services via LINE at @BMWleasing and a new 1397 hotline for customer inquiries, which will be ready for service in April this year.


Thanks to the extended reach provided by intuitive service channels such as LINE and the call centre, BMW Financial Services Thailand achieved a new business volume totaling Bt16.25 billion and portfolio value reaching Bt50 billion in 2019 – both new records for the company.

Freedom Choice, the refreshingly flexible financing program launched for BMW and MINI customers in 2018, also saw a 300% uptake in customers throughout 2019.

Meanwhile, customers can discover useful information and quick services from BMW Financial Services Thailand through LINE at @BMWleasing including;

·         Checking outstanding balance

·         Information on payment channels

·         Updating personal information

·         Information on finance products, including Freedom Choice

·         Affordability calculator

·         Chat with call centre

There will also be upcoming special campaigns designed to accelerate Thailand’s continuing journey towards electrified mobility.
